Return Policy

LostMexican’ products are manufactured to the highest quality standards available in the industry. They are under warranty against manufacturing defects for a period of 30 days from the date of receipt.

Any unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise may be returned for a full refund up to 30 days after the date of receipt, but only with a Return Authorization number (see below). We will refund shipping charges only if the merchandise is defective, or if we made a mistake in the shipment of your order.

At this time, we only process returns and do not offer exchanges. If you desire to make an exchange, please return your merchandise and place a new order at www.LostMexican.com at your convenience.

The credit card used in the original transaction will be credited for the return amount. Once a return is received by LostMexican Shoes, it may take up to 30 days to be reflected on your credit card statement.
